What happens after you call

   We talk through the site

   Where it is, what is on it now, and what you want to end up with. Five minutes on the phone usually settles whether it is a half-day job or a two-week one.

2. 02

   We come look at it

   Free across the Midland-Odessa core and the counties around it. Out on the edge of the map we will still come look — we just want the scope on the phone first so the trip makes sense. Dirt work priced off a photo is a guess; priced off the ground it is a number.

3. 03

   You get a written scope and price

   Line-itemed, with the haul, base material and compaction spelled out — straightforward pricing, no hidden add-ons showing up at invoice time.

4. 04

   We schedule the iron

   We run our own excavators, dozers and trucks, so the start date is a scheduling decision rather than a rental-yard availability problem.

What to have ready

None of this is required to call, but it makes the first conversation faster: the address or GPS pin of the site, roughly how many acres or square feet are involved, whether there is existing access a loaded truck can use, whether anything needs to come out first (brush, an old slab, a structure), and what the finished surface has to carry — a pickup, a loaded haul truck, or a building.

If the job touches a state highway or a county road, the access permit runs through TxDOT or the county Road & Bridge department depending on which road it is. Tell us the road and we will tell you which one applies.
